120 days trial
At Matelas Expert, we know how important it is to make the right choice of mattress. Our experts are here to advise you because several factors come into play when it comes to determining the mattress that suits each person. For this reason, we offer you a 120-day trial under the following conditions:

1. You must purchase and use a protective mattress protector.
2. You must keep your mattress for a minimum period of 45 days because the body needs a minimum adaptation period.
3. Only one mattress exchange is permitted during this 120-day period.
4. When exchanging, you will receive store credit equal to your original purchase. If your new choice is less expensive, no refund or credit will be applied for the difference.
5. The replacement mattress will be charged at the price displayed in store at the time of exchange. No initial discount will be applied to the new mattress, unless the latter is on sale at the time of exchange.
6. The exchange is conditional on the condition of the mattress. If the latter is dirty, damaged or the mattress protector has not been used, no exchange will be possible.
7. When exchanging, shipping charges will apply.
8. The 120 day period begins from the time the mattress is delivered to you.
9. Applies to mattresses only.

The 120-day trial does not apply to custom-made mattress models, sold as is, demonstrators, on clearance or with slight defects.
